Payment Options

Shipping Information

  • 1. Free Repair Service

    Shipping Costs on Free Repair Service: * The come-and-go shipment cost should be paid for by Customers.

    • Repair Condition(s):
      • Only for Yiweidu Wigs
      • Item(s) must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, lace or think skin uncut and with tags attached).
    • Repair Service:
      • Adding hair (less than 120% hair density)
      • Cutting the extra lace
      • Adjusting the cap circumference (fore-and-aft 0.5")
  • 2. Fee-based Repair Service
    • Repair Fees: $120 (included shipment cost of returnning to customers)
    • Repair Condition(s):
      • Only for Yiweidu Wigs
    • Repair Service:
      • Adding hair
      • Clearing the hair
      • Straightening the hair
      • Adjusting the cap circumference
Exchange Policy

Please keep in mind that any color modification done to an in stock unit is a final sale (no exchanges or returns). Please be sure that you understand and agree to this before proceeding.

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to exchange for another wig (in stock or custom). If the difference in cost is greater than your original purchase less discounts, you must pay the difference. If difference is lesser than your original purchase the balance is issued as a store coupon good toward all products and services.

Exchange Condition(s):

  • Only for Yiweidu Wigs besides Special Orders and Wholesale Orders
  • Item(s) must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, lace or think skin uncut and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

Exchange Fees:

  • Come-and-go shipping cost
  • First exchanges made within 7 days(including the date of receipt) will waive the 20% restocking fee
  • All first exchanges made after 7 days period (including the date of receipt), regardless of reason will incur a 20% restocking fee
  • Second exchanges must made within 7 days (including the date of receipt), and incur a 30% restocking fee
  • Second exchanges beyond this 7 day period and all exchanges greater than second exchanges will incur a 40% restocking fee, regardless of reason.

Shipping Costs on Exchange: * The come-and-go shipping cost should be paid for by Customers.

Refunds Policy

The refunds DO NOT include shipping cost and the payment handling charge.

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request the refunds.

Refunds Conditions(s):

  • Only for Yiweidu Wigs
  • Bad quality hair
  • Item(s) must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, lace or think skin uncut and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

We will send the refunds within 2 business days once we received the wig(s) and inspected.
